One Month at Adhlal

I joined Adhlal as a Junior Researcher & Data Analyst without fully understanding what the organization truly is. My initial perception only scratched the surface of its broader mission and impact. However, being part of the team—especially at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth—has given me the opportunity to learn alongside my colleagues and gain a much deeper understanding of our purpose and direction.

From the beginning, my goal was to join an institution that creates meaningful impact, and I can confidently say that Adhlal embodies that vision. Through in-depth research across various methods and collaboration with different departments, I’ve come to appreciate the intentional effort behind our work. It is clear that we are not only striving for change but actively working to create tangible impact.

One of the most defining aspects of my first month has been the team. The level of support, collaboration, and shared commitment to the mission has made a significant difference in my experience. Everyone is driven, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help one another grow. Being surrounded by such a dedicated and inspiring group has not only helped me settle in quickly but has also motivated me to continuously improve and contribute more effectively.

Joining during a particularly active period, including the Cultural Non-Profit Forum, made my first month both intense and rewarding. Having the opportunity to witness and contribute, directly or indirectly, to such an important initiative gave me valuable insight into the scale, coordination, and impact of the work we do. Seeing the initiative come together successfully reinforced my belief in the organization’s mission and the strength of the team behind it.

Over the past month, I have grown more confident in my role, developing my skills in research and data analysis while better understanding how my work supports the organization’s broader goals. The environment at Adhlal encourages curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning, which has made this first month especially meaningful.

Looking ahead, I am excited to keep building on this foundation, deepening my skills, taking on more responsibility, and continuing to learn from such an exceptional team. I look forward to contributing further to Adhlal’s mission and being part of the impact we aim to create!
